Details: The developer will build a legit, 2-way cycletrack seperated from traffic by a curb and plantings on the block between Glebe and Wakefield. The developer will contribute funds to the County to improve the section of sidewalk between Wakefield and the trail, which due to current lack of right-of-way will likely only include smoothing the sidewalk and creating a buffer between the sidewalk and the roadway.

Now if that other property redevelops on the west side of Wakefield at some point….then I’d expect a legit cycletrack the whole way.

I really like that the cycletrack has no driveways crossing it, so the only point of conflict will be at Wakefield St.
