    I don’t know about current parking, but there is a plan to double the number of bike parking racks in downtown D.C. over the next 3 years. That includes the Gallery Place-Chinatown area.

    There’s a garage on the west side of 6th, just south of H with plenty of bike parking. It’s closer to 7th than to 5th, but, hey, it’s a garage.

    I work in Chinatown. I actually use the freight elevator to bring my bike into my office. You might check to see if that would be an option for you. If it isn’t, there is a bike rack inside the garage at 777 6th Street NW (east side of 6th, south of H) where you can park your bike.
