I saw them heading across Key Bridge mid-afternoon yesterday. Then a small group was riding back through Crystal City during my evening commute and looked very confused at Crystal Dr and 23rd.

I saw several of those trailers in the empty parking lot next to the Arlington Renaissance Capital View/Residence Inn last night (the hotels across from the EPA building in Crystal City/Potomac Yard). They had markings and labels from various police depts. across the U.S.

There are several on Eads St between 23rd and 18th, don’t know if they were bicycle or motorcycle support.
