Mine was so nice I even opted to take a second one later in the day!

Thanks Judd for organizing and thanks everyone for making me feel welcomed and a great weekend all around.

Once I’ve spent the next week cleaning dust off my bike I’ll be on the lookout for more events around town!

It was great to meet you and look forward to doing some more rides with you! And thanks for starting the most excellent fire!

I didn’t want to say it out loud and jinx us on the way back but I can now safely say that it was awesome to have so many bikes and 0 mechanicals/flats! Must habe been good Judd juju.

Thanks for organizing, Judd, but I am sad to report to LSG that we had a terrible time. There weren’t enough cheetos, the weather sucked, we practically starved because there was hardly any food, and people were about to fight to the death for the lone Colt 45 tallboy. And there were fire ants everywhere.

Oh yeah. I forgot to add that this trip was awful and that no one had fun. It was really dusty. Steve O snored and kept everyone awake.

Um, clearly. How is that possibly enough to cuddle up with? What happened to the 40 pounds, Judd??

Ps… before the uh, escalating catastrophes befell you all, what was the ride time / pace for the trip out there? Forgot to ask earlier!

We ended up averaging around 13 mph each way.

Nice… Coincidentally, since I started logging the time duration of every ride in my spreadsheet, my 2018 average pace (of all rides) was 13.93Emph; so far in 2019 I’ve sped up apparently — I’m at 13.94 cumulative average right now…

EDIT: Discovered a mistake in my formulas — I’m actually slowing down — 13.14 is the cumulative average for 2019 so far…
