Sure. Should I send the LiveTrack to your email address, or would QOTM prefer to get the LiveTrack at a different email address?

Also, for anyone who is nervously eyeing Sunday’s weather forecast, I’m planning to go ahead with this ride unless it’s pouring out — and maybe even then. Bring your rain gear.

Can you send me the live track too? I’m planning to come to the start but also nervously eyeing the forecast. And I might address it by riding my Jamis, which has wider tires & is slower…. And since I’m not Josh I wonder if I might not keep up…..

I have an extra appropriately themed cycling cap that should be a ride door prize. Most moon cakes eaten in 10 minutes wins the cap? Someone think of something better…8d32c7ff06319a7b0317e0399b19f766.jpg7337bdac8d469752bcf1aca97c54e762.jpg

QOTM has decided to bail, so you don’t need to send me the livetrack.

My heart is all in, but I’m afraid I’m going to have to make a “game day decision” tomorrow morning about whether we can do the ride. Mr. Kitty has been sick for the last two days and within the last hour I’m starting to cough. Hopefully both of us, or even just me can still join tomorrow, but it depends on how we’re feeling. I love that cap so much and covet the heck out of it. That said, I don’t think I should let myself bringe moon cakes… I will be happy for about 10 minutes, then get either really hyper or sick or both.

Sure, I’ll send you the Live Track. And you shouldn’t worry about keeping up. I’ll be riding my heavy commuter, so I won’t be racing up any hills.

I hope that both you and Mr. Kitty feel better soon!

I’m not so sure anymore about coming. I pulled a small muscle in my groin yesterday and it hurts every time I take a step. Might be fine on the bike, but it hurts just walking around getting ready. I’d hoped it would get better overnight but…. Maybe tonight…

Dr Anne (awitt) says it’ll only get better if I stay off it for today at least……

I’m unfortunately in the bailing camp today. I’ve had enough rain riding recently to last me awhile…

After a 30 minute debate, Mr. Kitty and I have decided that he’s still sick and I’m at risk. Because taking time off from training is “not advisable, ” I need to not be my usual stubborn self and put aside 30 miles of “Rule 9” today. (We might yet get on the bikes together later, but for a shorter jaunt)

I’m sorry to bail, but hope you guys have an awesome time! I really wish I cold be there.

You may want to get these high potency garlic pills. They are the only one I found that managed to make a stable form of Allicin, the active ingredient in garlic. They don’t taste like garlic, and have no side effects like gas. They worked for me, and many other people(see the reviews). When I take Metro, and people sneeze on my face, I go back home, and take 2 to 4 pills, and I might feel the initial symptoms; like dry throat, but it goes away after few hours. I may have to take another dosage after 4 to 6 hours just to be sure. I order about 5 or 6 bottles at a time, to save time and money. One bottle doesn’t last long, more like one week to 10 days, that’s at the time I was using Metro.

Here is another cheaper source, but I have had problems with them shipping one week later, or tell me that it was shipped, but in fact it was back-ordered and I had to contact them again to ship it. iHerb ships the same day, and one time they shipped by LaserShip and I got it the next day.

Stop 1: The Block, where we warmed up over soup, except for @Komorebi, who had some exotic shaved ice cream with crumbled oreo cookies on top!:-0
