Just got to thinking, if that’s the address, that’s not on the current W&OD Trail, more like the Bluemont Junction to Thifton trolley line part of which is now the Bluemont Trail?

Google maps resolves this to N.Vermont and 13th St. At that intersection is Clarenford Station Park.
From a County Board meeting in 2004:

On March 3, 2004 the Ballston-Virginia Square Civic Association requestedthat the park located at the intersection of and known as the “N. 13th St. & N. Vermont St. Park”be re-named “Clarenford Station Park”. (Attachments 2 and 3) The name is historically andgeographically significant due to the site’s relationship to the Washington and Old Dominion(W&OD) Railroad line and the neighborhood that was known as Clarenford and its associatedrail station.

Clarenford Station was a stop listed on the Thrifton-Bluemont Junction connecting line at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_and_Old_Dominion_Railroad#Stations
