Let’s do it again! August 21 at Capitol City Brewing Co. in Shirlington, starting at 5 pm and likely not ending until well past GP Cross Practice. New folks and cyclocrossers welcome too!

As usual, please let me know if you plan to come so we can have seats for you. (We ran a little short last time despite my adding a few.)

I just wanted to let you all know that, while it looks any rain will hold off until after 7 p.m., we’ll be under the covered part of the patio tonight.

Also, I’ll bring several instant rain vests with me in case anyone needs one for the ride home. (Mine worked great for me last night, even though I waited too long to put it on.)

There is also covered bike parking available nearby if needed.

Capitol City Brewing Co. is right next to Garage No. 3 in the diagram. In case you’re coming by car, parking is free in most of the Shirlington garages after 5 p.m.

Thanks so much to everyone who came and made last evening so much fun! Thanks too for all the helpful rsvps, even the last minute ones – that helped us have seats for all 24 of us! It was a great evening to spend outdoors and the weather cooperated for the most part. It was nice to meet KWL, ajhokie and no falls too. Let’s do it again next month!
