Arlington Courthouse to Woodbridge

Hi,
I’m new to the forum, and I’m glad to have discovered it.
Can anyone suggest a route from Arlington Courthouse to Woodbridge for an overnight? The end points would be 2100 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington and 14030 Telegraph Road in Woodbridge.
Google Maps suggests three routes: W&OD Trail, Mt. Vernon Trail, and one other. I would post the routes or a link to them here, but I haven’t figured out how to do that.
Has anyone ever ridden this route? Any suggestions? Anything to be aware of regarding roads?
