    Do you know that this is an open invitation? My understanding is that it was an invitation the participants of that email group.

    I don’t know whether it’s an open or closed event. I had received this through my office (not the AOC) bike email group.

    It was sent with a “feel free to join” tag to the fed bikes group, so pretty sure if your a fed (or similar), with a bike, you’re welcome to join. It’s not just AOC.

    edited to add: someone from NOAA was told it was ok to share with all of NOAA, so it is def an open invite :)
