    I have been meaning to talk with you about a ride outside the city. About 45 minutes out 66 Front Royal, there is a great loop that is about 60 miles, according to the terrain map it should be a great ride. We could get a group together and caravan out and hit a 60 miler… There are also a couple of cut throughs that would make it about 30-40 miles. Thoughts? Anybody up for that?

    That route isn’t great – Lee Highway through that area is a 4-lane high speed (55+) mph facility. If you’re driving that far out, just go to Skyline Drive. Much slower traffic, more cyclists, and views that you can’t beat for 1,000 miles.
