This thread should have some answers.

It’s a little sketchy at the intersection of 4-mile-run, but other than that, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the path was. A couple down trees, but only one impacts the path, and there is still a clear lane. (That tree down is just north of Gravelly Park)

The trail is fine. Some twigs and sticks on it, but nothing too bad. The worst thing I encountered was actually some broken glass on the 14th St Bridge (about 2/3 of the way across going toward DC on the right hand side).

I’m not sure what the Potomac is doing, it looks like part of the MVT north of Memorial Bridge, may have been flooded overnight. The river was running bank high and if more water is coming could flood the trail again.

Looks like the river will be a couple of feet higher this evening.

The sea was angry this morning, my friends. Like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli.

We are seeing the water level increase already. Here is a link to the gage data at Wisconsin in Georgetown.
