Another cyclist killed in automotive crash

Another incident at the intersection of Raoul Wallenberg & Independence at ~7:30 this morning. Police were already on scene and EMS arrived as I was waiting for the light. Cyclist was sitting up in the door of a police car, but the bike front wheel was pretzeled. No idea as to the cause.
