Why not just daisy chain at one of the stations on Constitution (19th or 21st)?

I usd to do that, but the time difference is just enough that I will have to do it again if I ride lazily and hit lights to get home.

Also, while not as bad, the kickball and softball athletes tend to suck them up by that time.

And like I said, I already have a bike, but kind of feel for the tourists.
