Yes. I’m a big fan of the decision to paint a different color on each trail. It’s delightfully whimsical and recalls to me the Metro Rail lines.
Blue Line = Paint Branch Trail
Yellow Line = Northeast Branch Trail
Orange Line = Anacostia River Trail
Red Line = Northwest Branch Trail
Green Line = Indian Creek Trail
Purple Line = Sligo Creek Trail
It would be really useful if MNCPPC posted maps with a “you are here” pointer along the various trails. The map Greenbelt provided is very nice on a computer screen but very small when printed out.
I may check out that neck of the woods this wknd if weather proves favorable.
