NW branch trail is clear between 38th street and Route 1. NE branch trail is clear between Route 1 and Decatur Street. The trail is under long-term construction for the section north of Decatur Street — there’s an easy and obvious detour on Taylor Street and Riverdale Road to get back on the trail. The NE branch is then clear from Riverdale road to the first entrance to Lake Artemesia (Paint Branch trail). However, there’s a tree or two down after between there and the bridge to the Indian Creek trail. However, the detour is easy and quick — just cut over to the Lake trail for a bit and then back down again at the next opportunity. -jeff
