A Third Thursday Happy Hour on Aug. 16

Let’s make it around 5 pm, but I’ll tell Cap City that some might be there a little earlier.

Dbb and Eminva are joining us too. Anyone else who would like to come is still welcome!

In honor of last month’s Clif 2 mile challenge riders, we’ll have some barbeque sauce from Kansas City and a few little tokens of appreciation from BikeWalkKC.

I’ll be coming down from New Carrollton Metro, so will probably be there around 6ish+. Hopefully there are still some people there!

DaveK – If this turns out to be like the last happy hour we had, you’ll still have plenty of company when you get there. Very cool that you’ll get to see the pro races in CO!

You just reminded me – if it’s not too late, people might want to bring their bike lights. It’s getting dark a little earlier – I was glad to have mine riding home from work around 8 pm last night.

Just checked – sunset is at 8:01 pm tonight.

Well, I have my lights, but I have to be home by 8 pm en punto, so I guess I’ll be ok.
