We used to call it “Attitude Adjustment Hour.”
Can you get that done in only an hour?

ParticipantTeam, how about Union Street Public House in Old Town for the indifferent indeterminately timed attitude adjustment period, Friday at 7. Let the arguments begin.

Long ride for me: seems perfect! If anyone is interested in guiding me out from the intersection of 4MRT and MVT, that would make my life simpler. It looks pretty easy on the map, but it’s always nice to be with someone who’s been there before. Hmm…wonder if the route will be clear enough for me to ride my fixie out there by Friday?
BTW, how the hell was it so easy to agree on “indifferent indeterminately timed attitude adjustment period” when we couldn’t even agree on a team name?!?

I could meet you at the 4MRT & MVT to head south – it’s really pretty easy to get to the pub from there.
say, 6:45-ish?
i’m wondering about adequate bike parking in the vicinity… i think the closest racks are down towards the Bike and Roll, on the Strand.
weather looks pretty cooperative, except for the “Wind gusts of up to 46 mph” part.

There is bike parking next to the Starbucks on king street too.

Participant…and those 46 mph gusts lead to this part: “WIND CHILL VALUES BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE FRIDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY MORNING”
I may try to meet you guys at 4MR and MVT at 6:45, but if I’m not there, don’t wait. I am pretty sure I can find it on my own.
I may have to work at an alternate location, the HH will ensure I get some miles in. Looking forward it.

ParticipantWe’re chugging right along, and squarely in 3rd. 2nd is actually in our sights. We’re definitely leaving sleaze points on the table. Erin, Bill, anything we can do to get you pedaling?

ParticipantSo far a good week for us — at the moment, we’re the top team in points this week, gaining good ground over the teams closest to us in the standings:
+ 75 points on #1 Octothorpe
+ 54 points on #2 “Rule 9”
+ 170 points on #4 Doozy Dozers
+ 227 points on #5 lucky pr1m3s
Keep pedaling — sustained effort/sleazing over time makes the difference!January 29, 2015 at 7:19 pm #1021710ShawnoftheDread

That would be great. Thanks! My only question is what tires I ought to be on? It’ll be W&OD to 4MRT to our meeting place on MVT for me.

As of last night the WOD from about Columbia Pike to 4MR to MVT was clear, just keep an eye out for a few frozen puddles.
