Hi Friends! I’m joining forces with 3000 Miles to a Cure to raise funds for brain cancer research. They are a legit organization, just a smaller one (the kinds I like to support). Check them out on Charity Navigator. In the past, I’ve raised funds for similar events like The Davis Phinney Foundation benefiting Parkinson’s research. This time I’m doubling down on my impact.

Since May 19 we have been riding the parkway to raise awareness. Our small team of brain cancer warriors is cycling the entire length of the Blue Ridge Parkway. That’s 469 miles with 48,600 feet of climbing over the course of 7 days!

While I am excited about undergoing such radical self-awareness training (also known as suffering). I am aware I have the choice. People dealing with brain cancer don’t. And You, well most of you, have a choice. Lots of choices. The more time I spend outside the more I realize that I am living well. Perhaps it’s this that triggers that endorphic response to give more – not only of my myself but of my wallet. I’ve pledge to making up the difference of my $2,800 fundraising goal.

In this event I will have 7 full days on the bike. 7 glorious days to live well and support others who aren’t. Join me by giving support. Together we will earn more, more Honor, More Valor, and a bigger Victory. And not only for ourselves.
