Thanks to some peer pressure by Samantha, I just registered for the 100, with the assumption that after 50 if I’m tired I’ll call it a day. I’ll need to do some more gravel training rides this winter to prep.

Well, I bought a bike that could work.
Then I got a job, so I have the money.
Then I checked my daughter’s spring break schedule, and she reminded me she’s going to the Dominican.

So I have run out of excuses.
