    Nothing but wet between dc and Reston. Snow wasn’t until lees burg/purcellville at 2:30

    Another dud of a storm as far as snow was concerned. There was a little frost and black ice in places this morning as well as ice on the wooden bridges, but nothing to be concerned about.

    There were random spots of ice in the cemetary this morning. Easy to go around, just surprising, given that I didn’t see any elsewhere.
