Learn how to be a tandem captain with the Metro Washington Association of Blind Athletes (MWABA)! I learned how to tandem captain with MWABA in 2017 and I really enjoy it! Let me know if you have any questions.
There’s also a group that meets on Tuesday nights in Alexandria, their rides are generally posted on the Potomac Pedalers’ website, or I could put you in touch with the organizers.
