For Sale: Park Tool PCS-10 Collapsible Bike Mechanic Stand

I had the best intentions of doing certain kinds of bike work at home when I bought this stand new in early 2019…
But it turns out my condo apartment isn’t as suited to that as I’d imagined; my little breakfast nook is just too enclosed and I don’t have a garage area or yard I can readily use.
So — I hope someone out there might be able to give it a proper home and put it to some good use!
Model 10.3 is the latest version on the market retailing at $279. This is the model 10 and rated to hold 80lbs. Can mount the bike by the top tube or by the seatpost; you can then rotate the bike once securely clamped in.
