Beltsville self serve kiosk not working

I drove my Camaro out to the Beltsville MVA yesterday and today to see how the kiosk works. I bought a 2009 Chevy HHR recently which has to be tested by March 3 according to the notice I got in the mail. My 1995 Camaro is too old and doesn’t need to be tested, fortunately. There’s youtube videos that show how to use it. When I was there yesterday, someone had been waiting for about 20 minutes while the machine said it was downloading data. That’s all it displayed for as long as I was there. Eventually, they left. Other people tried to use the machine, but it was stuck on the dowloading data screen. Today it said please wait, I waited around and that’s all it said for a while, so I left. Hopefully, its fixed soon. Years ago, I used to drive to Montgomery county to the indrustrial park near route 29 to get the car tested. I might have to do that if the Beltsville machine isn’t fixed by March. I was going to go there tomorrow (Feb 9) to see how that’s working.
