    If, hypothetically, an elected official said something about infrastructure on a strava post of a ride, run, or walk, and if, hypothetically, a citizen commented on it, would the strava comments be foia-able?

    I can’t speak to state FOIA laws, but the federal FOIA generally only applies to agency records that the agency has control over. So unless the elected official is using Strava to conduct official business, it’s unlikely that the Strava comments would be FOIA-able.
