Hey I was up there about 3 weeks ago. You can ONLY access the park via the north entrance, and you can really only cycle the “loop” at the north end. I tried entering through the north and going all the way through to the south, but there is major construction on the southern most section by the campsites, the road has been completely removed and is a giant (muddy) hole in the ground.

The sign at the park entrance said all (hiking) trails are open, so the park itself is open. I biked past a few barricades but eventually ran into the hole in the ground as mentioned. Can’t wait for construction to end and this quarantine to be lifted to get some S24O in up at Greenbelt.

That hardly qualifies as an obstacle for you.
