Here is an interesting piece from The Guardian on pop-up bike lanes in Germany.
It talks about a successful trial in Berlin and possible expansion to 133 other German cities. It cites as precedent the 72 miles of new bike routes opened in mid-March in Bogota, Colombia, to promote physical distancing during the pandemic.
It also includes a hyperlink to last week’s NYT article about the link between coronavirus and fine particulate air pollution.
Be safe, my friends.
