    This is team 5.

    I am Dutch and used to some cold weather biking. I enjoy non-alcoholic craft beers on my bike rides and they can be surprisingly good. I will bring delicious Dutch cookies (stroopwafels) to each ride as an incentive, packed with calories and happiness. We may also have Dutch cheeses and other culinary highlights available to the group if we need the extra boost to win this competition.

    Yay, I’m on the stroopwafels team!

    The team’s Strava club is here. All of us will need to join the club in order to be part of the team. Anyone who hasn’t joined that Strava club by Sunday will get kicked off and replaced by someone on the waiting list.

    Starting the suggestions for team names:

    All my teammates, please feel free to chime in with other suggestions!

    I would also like to suggest that our team have a private Facebook group. The team thread often drops to off to a second page on this forum after a while, and it’s hard for team members to find it.

    And the very first photo of our team, minus the ones who weren’t able to be here tonight, plus Steve O (who somehow sneaked in there to become the first team crasher of the season).
