    Hey guys! Guess what?! Pi Day officially falls on a Saturday this year. And we all know how much I love pie.

    So I am officially creating a pointless Pi(e) Prize. Whoever rides the most miles and is closest to a multiple of pi (going to make it easy to do math and round to 3.14) on Saturday, March 14, 2020 will win the prize.

    To make this even more challenging, it turns out that Pi Day falls on the same day as the Croatan Buck Fifty. So, there are several Freezing Saddles folks riding at least 144 miles that day. Please use the hashtag #BAFS2020PI in your ride title to make awarding the prize easier for me. If there is a tie, the tie breaker will be the best post-race photo with a slice of (or whole) pie (of any kind).

    Forgot my camera, but I stopped at Two Little Red hens Bakery on 2nd Ave in Yorkville for a slice of cherry pie and a cup of coffee at mile 0.6 of my 32.01 (10.19 π) mile ride doing laps in Central Park.
