    I’m sponsoring something for non-participant kids of participants who want to participate: The Pointless Kid Leaderboard.

    And I’ll sponsor something for the participants who drag their kids around with them (either literally, in the case of #kidical, or figuratively). It’ll be something along the lines of what’s described in last year’s thread here, probably, barring any tweaks to not step on Jon’s toes with his Pointless Kid prize.

    I have no toes for you to step on, it’s too cold outside and they fell off.

    It seems strange no matter where you put it:

    The Pointless: Kid Leaderboard
    The Pointless Kid: Leaderboard
    The: Pointless Kid Leaderboard
    The Point: Less Kid Leaderboard (but more grammatically correct would be “Fewer Kid Leaderboard”)

    A prize for which I’m manifestly unqualified, having somehow acquired five grandchildren since I began playing this game. Perhaps I should stop playing, lest I single-handedly (or single bike-edly) become responsible for world overpopulation?

    This year there will be a “Ride Alexandria’s Bike Infrastructure Prize” (or some more clever name if someone can provide it) It will be the same as last year’s “In the beginning was the deed” prize, except this time it will ONLY be bike lanes in the City of Alexandria. I know this sounds unfair, but the prize was won by an Alexandrian last year anyway. Besides, the City needs for y’all to come and visit!     For those who did not play last year, there will be a list of strava segments (all representing controverial pieces of bike infra) that you must ride. Whoever rides the most (with your number being equal to the number of rides you took on the segment you rode least) wins the prize.

    So who do I need to send the list of strava segment numbers to again? Can I post them here? (it will be a much shorter list than I sent Hozn last year)
