Problems registering for FS 2019?

Yes, tonight I tried registering from a mac and PC with same result – spend time filling out the form and no way to progress after filling out all the answers….

Its open now. And although I’ve posted before, I’m doing this one just so that I have my obligatory one post so I can register!

I tried registering but sadly the site keeps rejecting my Strava ID number and says I need to enter it. Despite the fact that I’ve already entered the ID. :confused:

I think the problem is that if the number ends with a space (which it often does, if you copy and paste), the form won’t take it.

Yes, Thank you, Carol, for all the work you’ve done getting folks registered. I’d like to think that I followed all the steps and have successfully
signed up for a second year of FS. (I think I’m excited…. But after HP100, not really sure any more!

Several people have reported this today, and I believe obscurerichard is working on it. In the interim, to get your Strava number for the registration form, you can go to your Strava dashboard, and click on your photo in the upper left. That will take you to a page with a URL like https://www.strava.com/athletes/1234567. In that example, 1234567 is your Strava number. You can use that number to submit your registration form.

You will still need at some point to authorize Freezing Saddles to read your Strava miles. However, that can happen any time between now and January 1. In the interim, you won’t have lost your place in line for registration.
