when you go into a store or restaurant, especially in Old Town Alexandria. A local retail activist is complaining that there’s not enough parking and blaming (yeah I know) the lloss of a couple of spots for a CaBi station, and the spot by Conte’s. So wear your helmet, be visible. “I bike, I shop”

In the case of the bike corral at Conte’s there was no net loss of parking, a parking space was added around the corner on Henry Street.
