Here’s the link for the Tour de Mount Vernon overall if you’d like to ride: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/3rd-annual-tour-de-mount-vernon-tickets-49806368188
Josephine told me tonight that she’ll be volunteering, so we’ll have three Friends of the Mt. Vernon Trail members helping out.

ParticipantI’m signed up as a Marshal, but I’ve been helping with the back-office stuff a bit. This kind of work lends itself to my soft computer hands.
I’ll probably be the only bike running a giant saddle bag and pogies. See you there.

ParticipantThe email today they sent to marshals said they really really realllyyyy would like additional route guides please. If interested, email jeffgauger1 @ gmail.com
From the email: Route Guides work in pairs at turns along the route to provide directions and encouragement to the riders and to report any problems.
I’m pretty sure free socks are involved, so you should totally sign up to volunteer.

ParticipantKomo and I are route guides. Based on the email we received it looks like there’s only 5 signed up currently and there’s more than 5 turns on both courses.

I signed up as a route guide on Saturday, as well as marking the course on Friday.
