Looking for steel frame repair – vintage Proteus

I ran across a vintage Proteus frame from maybe the late ’70s. Now I’m looking for someone who has repaired frames or straightened tubes, as it’s got a pretty bent up seat stay, like to get it looked at before I store it until I can attempt the repair myself. Any suggestions or pointers?
