There are a few racks in the neighborhood within one block. There’s a rack right outside, one in front of 7/11, across the street in front of Lost Dog Café and the Thai restaurant, in front of Papillion Cycles and also in front of the Rite Aid. I haven’t seen/heard/experienced any theft issues when locking up on the Pike. If I remember correctly, there weren’t any problems with rack space last year. It seems that most of the people that rode their bikes there were the same people that you see at HDCC. It might be different this year since Sticky Fingers is sponsoring, which I suspect will bring out more people that ride their bikes to things.

I “hate” putting this out there, because I always feel like it is such an awesome bike parking secret, but the parking garage across the Pike from the drafthouse has several really nice bike racks on the bottom floor. I always lock up there when I am in that area.
