May 3rd Thursday Happy Hour?

By my pre-caffeinated count, this Thursday should be the 3rd of the month. Shall we gather for Happy Hour? Or is that too many in one week given the BTWD HH around the area?

Some people will be counting pedestrians Thursday evening so I am a +1 for New District on Friday instead, and I’m a +1 for New District on Thursdays in general, otherwise.

Oooor you guys can come up to Heavy Seas in Rosslyn and we can give North Arlington some love! It might be easier for some folks who work in the DC who can’t make it to the Shirlington Happy Hours as easily; plus its near to the start of the CCT, MVT, and Custis trails!

(It is in no way a coincidence that Kitty happens to live in Rosslyn and wants to encourage her bike neophyte-husband on BTWD with the potential of afterwork libations… without scaring him away with an extra 12 miles of riding)

For those of us still looking for something to do on Thursday (and carbo-loading to prepare for BTWD), New District has their usual Thursday Night Trivia from 7-9pm. Happy hour(s) – 3:30-7:30.
This week’s trivia is bicycle-themed.
I believe I will go, and hope to see some of you there. It’s on the calendar.

Good idea. I may just go! haven’t done a trivia contest in for-ever! Though I’m not sure my bicycle knowledge is very good. Not compared to you all who are “senior members” on the forum!!

And bumping this re tonight . Waba is doing a HH at Mellow Mushroom in Adams Morgan . I may go by there then… heavy seas or new dist. And I hope there’s no thunderstorms! !
