Salsa Cowbell 3’s (40cm)

I have a set of Salsa Cowbell 3’s that are collecting dust that could use a new home. They came on my Warbird, but were too narrow for my mountain biking self to use. They have two rides (less than 40 miles) on them, no scratches or scuffs other than clamp marks.
