School Bus makes illegal right on red

I have reported this through the Arlington Aggressive Driver form.

This morning as I approached N Ft Myer Drive from the Marriott side (East bound), the walk signal had just started the count down, i.e., I had plenty of time to cross since it was in the teens. As I got to the intersection, a School Bus on N Ft Myer Dr moved forward into the cross walk and looked to make a right on red. I came to a stop and started yelling at him “NO TURN ON RED” and pointed to the sign. He looked at me, pointed at the sign and made what appeared to be mocking my yelling, but maybe he was telling me something back, like “I don’t care”. Then he proceeded to turn, going through the red light. Once passed, there was still time enough on the walk signal to make it through. The school bus ran the red. I did not get the name of the town, but did see that it was “{something}, MD” with the something that I did not immediately know.

This just really pissed me off. It was a school bus. The driver is someone entrusted to transport kids and he makes an illegal right turn on red even after acknowledging that someone is trying to tell him something.
