Starting on the Dnipro River promenade after the Havanskyi Bridge, across the Moscovskyi Bridge then north on the Trails of Trukhaniv Island. 2x normal speed.

A ten part series with the first four at 4x speed and the last six at normal speed shorter clips. These cover about the first 80 km of the ride before the mircoSD card was full (16MB). The first clip is close to the start heading west on the M-6/E40. Spoiler alert, the rider on the mountain bike who merges from the right at about the two minute mark comes back to draft me for a couple of kilometers and then pulls up along side me near the end of this clip. Also, can you see why I don’t like the yellow buses (marshrutkas)?

The mountain biker rides with me for about four miles on his way to work. He wanted to chat but while his English was much better than my Ukrainian or Russian, we couldn’t say much.

I turned the camera off for a little while and then back on as I got close to my turn off the M-6 on to the T1019 heading to Makariv. In Makariv I missed my turn after the river and rode up the hill into downtow .

This one’s for Cyndi. When I plotted out this route, the automatic routing on Garmin Connect took a “short cut” at Nalyvaikivka. Turns out it was a packed sand surface and then onto a gravel road.
