I saw this for the first time last night. The two top squares of the sign show up really well, not the code listings though if you are moving quickly. May be more visible to a driver sitting in traffic behind you. I should stick something like that behind my trike but would probably be too low for most drivers to read. On second thought, “3 feet to pass” would be more appropriate since I rarely take the lane in the trike (I’m slow!).
