Hi,
If this is not an appropriate place for this, do tell me and I’ll delete the post. Anyways, for a while I have been thinking of using the back of a commuter to improve safety – since the back is the most visible part of a commuter on the road. A high-visibility rear light is the easiest thing to build in, of course. But I also ended up building automatic break lights and indicators into the backpack.
From a safety point of view, I decided to incorporate the “Emergency Info” slot and multi-angle reflectors into the backpack:

I launched this on Indiegogo at https://igg.me/at/Aster. Do tell me what you think of it – do you think this would help make commutes safer? There is a social context to safety of course, but this should help us do whatever we can in our control.
Thanks
