You are all aware of Boomer’s physical ailments, aren’t you?

Please keep an eye on him and don’t let him ride in the cold. His poor, debilitated circulatory system can’t handle the damp weather and it affects his extremities.

Fixed that one too. Funny, when I was changing it, autocorrect suggested “bilk mako” this time.

Hi Team 18ers! Looks like most but not all of us have joined our happy Strava team. If you haven’t joined yet, please do so as soon as you can. We still need a name (I like dasgeh’s “Team Autocorrect” suggestion), an avatar, and all that jazz. Looking forward to a create winter biking season (as I sit here in sunny FLA sipping a mango margarita on the beach). Go Team 18!

Dear Team,

I know that this is late notice, but I invite any and all to join me for an impromptu ride this afternoon @ 4pm from the East Falls Church Metro station, heading west on the WOD, to the Caboose Brewery in Vienna, to collect some beerneuring points (http://www.washingtonareabikeforum.com/showthread.php?t=9709) …and the 1st NFL wildcard playoff game! There will be an optional ride around the Reston Lakes loop (Audubon and Thoreau) at halftime (to burn off calories so that we can drink more beer). This will be a no drop ride, unless you keel over, at which point I will escort you to the nearest Metro (Orange/Silver line), and turn you in to the WMATA authorities.

P.S.
Please pay no mind to Powerful Pete. He can become unstable. I pity his unsuspecting teammates that know not what contagens their leader harbors…
