Phoenix Bikes in Arlington is geared towards the middle and high school set and they have weekly rides. I think all of the Arlington HS have bike clubs as well. Not sure about the other jurisdictions.
Oh and ncvc (a race team) has a juniors squad, sponsored in part by fresh bikes. I believe other clubs have juniors teams too, but ncvc is the biggest. I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong.
