    From The Gazette article:

    Benny Goodman was the NPS facility manager for Rock Creek Park as of 2001. (Not that Benny Goodman.) He is quoted in the 2001 article as saying, “Chevy Chase Circle is a very scary place.” Presumably because of the car traffic.
