I’ve used the SuperFlash for years on my road bike and have always been pleased. I am adding to the bike fleet next season and decided to get the Turbo for the next bike. WOW! This thing is BRIGHT!!! I ride with the flasher on day and night so as to add one more thing to the visibility factor and this little light will certainly be visible on a bright day. At night, the flash really lights things up. The batteries in the regular SuperFlash last me all summer and I suspect the same will be true for this light. That is almost 2K miles of riding. Planet Bike makes a great product.

SPAM or just geographically displaced and enthusiastic?

I do have one of those and like it, but yes not enough to post on boards 1500 miles away from me. I got it after seeing this review with info about the brightness to the sides.

I have since moved on tyo the L&M 180 Micro. Nice to have be able to recharge it and the side angle brightness is even greater.

And to the original poster, no way will you get a summer out of the batteries in that light. The Superflash turbo draws a lot of current.

Pretty sure this is spam, as the OP’s other post sounds like he knows nothing about bikes and is asking about a cheap department store bike..

But… I also have that light and have been running it for commutes (~1 hour per day, 4-5 days per week) since April and have yet to need to replace batteries.
