Bumping this up to help avoid date confusion. I think people are tentatively planning convoys from the Adams Morgan area and the Jefferson Memorial.

I’ll be leaving Tysons a bit after 5, getting to the Gallows intersection at maybe 5.20 if I take the long way.

Plan on joining the Jefferson CaBi convoy… I am directionally challenged and don’t want to put in too many miles on the 9th desperately trying to find the darn pub…

As I have a previous engagement Friday night (which continues into Saturday morning), I won’t be able to attend. Perhaps other Tysons-ers can represent?! People could even Metro out to Tysons and then bike all the way to happy hour? Find new things in the Gallows bike lane that haven’t previously been reported?

Do we know what the trail conditions are on the MTV between Jeff Memorial and 4MR trial? I saw from earlier postings that 4MR is clear, FYI. Thank you.

I assume we’ll have updates after tonight’s commute. I’m about to leave and will probably go that way. I assume it’s still a mixed bag w/ some clear spots (thanks, sun!) and some nasty rutted ice. Keep an eye on the January 2015 Trial Conditions thread for collective updates.

I am 95% sure I remember the route after doing it a few times last year (and I’ll download the GPX just in case)…
