FYI: If you download the Amazon Smile app or simply go to the Smile website, Amazon will donate .5% of whatever you buy to the charity of your choice (e.g., St. Jude’s Hospital, many biking charities). I am now linked to the Rails-to-Trails organization.
Dear Kathy,
Thanks for visiting smile.amazon.com! Per your request, we have successfully changed the AmazonSmile charity you are supporting to Rails To Trails Conservancy.
Remember, if you want Amazon to donate to Rails To Trails Conservancy, you need to start each shopping session at the URL http://smile.amazon.com, and we will donate 0.5% of the price of your eligible purchases.
AmazonSmile: You shop. Amazon gives. This is an easy way to make a donation to the charity of your choice without it costing you an extra cent assuming you would have bought the item on Amazon anyway.
