I saw this person with her kids (I assume) biking up 14th over the noon hour today. There was a lot more traffic than appears in the picture.
She seemed to be struggling, and my first reaction was that it seems dangerous. Is it irresponsible to bike on 14th between all the parked cars and traffic when 15th has the bike lanes? (Not to mention the unprotected infant.)
