Meanwhile, I finally got FFX County to get back to me on this branch covering sidewalk on Belle View Blvd (once I figured out where to send an online form in rather than e-mailing the bike/pedestrian folks) to find out apparently VDOT owns it. So still waiting on VDOT’s response. Federal=faster than local/state government.
