    I’ve admired those REI commuters for a while. Love the dynamo, IGH, and belt drive! If I could relax on my commute instead of pounding around in the big ring all the time, I’d consider getting one myself.

    We got it for my wife but I rode it a bit. The gearless drive is really something. Super smooth and easy and so different than individual gears.

    With the sealed hub and carbon belt it should be super low maintenance. We got the last year’s model with steal frame. New model is lighter alum.
