    The high school cross country races are apparently scheduled for late afternoon in Bluemont using the W&OD somehow. Please be alert and courteous.

    I “ran” into this a couple of weeks ago. The course then crossed the W&OD between Wilson and the Custis. There were race marshals stopping W&OD traffic for crossing runners. I saw some ELITE few ignore these marshals. Please do not be ELITE.

    Oh man, ELITE bikers crossing path of ELITE runners. Sweet.
